Capt. Del Gabriel(right) conducts HLO Course for St. Luke's Hospital Global City HSE Officers.

On-site HLO training at Philodrill-FPSO Galoc oil field, 65 kms. NW Palawan offshore. Galoc Field has commenced production of oil on October 9, 2008. The first well was opened at 10.45am and oil was onboard at 11.20am. Production well is  290M depth of water. O3GHSE HLO instructor Capt. Del in civilian clothes.

As a Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO), you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to helicopter operations. We prepare you for a role as a competent HLO to assist aircraft pilot and company maintain an efficient, productive and cost effective helicopter operations.
