This is an advance course for Safety Practitioners & Safety Trainors (Ocupational Saety &/or Environmental Officers). Attendees must be a Safety Practitioner (officers, supervisors, advisors, trainors, engineers or managers) in the oil and gas or has attended the 5-day Int'l Oil and Gas HSE.

OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION PROCESS, GAS LIQUEFACTION PROCESS (LNG) –
A MUST for Safety Engrs/Officers and for those who would like to know the complex process behind oil and gas production. This module explains how oil is discovered and extracted. Includes a full and comprehensive discussion of oil, gas, and water separation (two-phase & three-phase), water & gas injection in the oil basin, chemicals used in the process and hazards involved. Understand how oil gets to us from its exploration to the time it is ready for consumption. See in details the various techniques in the whole operations of the gas recycling system, offshore and onshore.
WORKING ON LIVE PLANT
Learn the techniques in working in flammable atmosphere, including working on tie-ins for live gas lines, live sulfur lines, working on top of propane accumulator and other different critical situation in the plant.
ACCIDENT AND INCIDENT INVESTIGATION – All the worst cases that happened offshore and onshore, BLEVE and disasters. This module covers the steps in investigating and the important data required during investigation. It also introduces the Loss Causation Model. Includes understanding of "near miss or near hit", BSA and STOP implementation.
ANATOMY OF DRILLING RIG- This module covers the intricate engineering process required to drill and complete an oil well. It orients the participants of the basic structure of the equipment which is the same whether it is offshore or onshore.
AUTHORIZED GAS TESTER COURSE – A comprehensive course which includes the inert gases, their use in the operation and its dangers. Understand toxic & flammable gases, operate gas test equipment, interpret readings and take actions based on interpretation.
Proper donning/doffing, facepiece fit testing,buddy system,air supply duration, limitations,emergency & safety procedures, maintenance and storage.
BASE FOAM INJECTION FOR ENCLOSED CRUDE TANK –
Learn the engineering design and calculation of base foam injection for GOSP/ CDS plant. O3G is the only center that offers this very special course for those who want to be more knowledgeable in the GOSP. A powerful presentation only O3G lecturer can design.
CHRISTMAS TREE & TWO BARRIER-RULE
A study of production valve called Christmas tree, its history and parts well explained. Distinguish oil well head from gas well head. Learn what is two barrier rule.
CONFINED SPACE AND VESSEL ENTRY – Defines confined space and vessel entry. Includes how to rescue and how to work safely, ventilation and inerting, air monitoring. PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION – it details the steps in the construction of a pipeline both onshore and offshore.
PIPELINE INTERVENTION, HOT TAPPING - Learn pipeline intervention techniques, which include hot tapping, line stopping and pipe freezing to enable a pipeline, tank or vessel to remain onstream during maintenance, alterations, or system expansions.
PROPANE & BLEVE - Study the worst possible outcome when a tank holding a pressurized liquefied gas, such a propane, fails due to fire contact or impact.

PTW Lecturer/Author passed the PTWS provided by the Scottish Qualification Authorization held in the United Arab Emirates. It is approved examination for gas liquefaction.
RISK ASSESSMENT - The simple techniques and standard format on how to prepare risk assessment drawn from actual experience and involvement of the Safety Engineers. Relation of semi-quantitative Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM) to risk register.
A separate one day special course is offered for Risk Assessment utilizing the 5x10 RPM.
RISK-BASED HSEMS - It is a thorough discussion of the HSEMS, where it came from, who designed it, and how to make one. This module includes an elementary explanation of the many standards ( i.e., ISO 14000, ISO 9000, BS8800, OHSAS 18000, OSHA) dealing with HSE as well as the latest system and practices used in the industry. This very informative presentation was made simple for the neophytes and even for the Safety Practitioners in other industries who want to know HSEMS fully.
SIMOPS HSE AUDIT - Learn the techniques in auditing simultaneous operations on wellhead towers

This module covers the intricate engineering process required to drill and complete an oil well. It orients the participants of the basic structure of the equipment which is the same whether offshore or onshore. It is a very comprehensive discussion of the following:
HSE problems encountered in each step (includes H2S) of the drilling process is discussed and provided with possible solutions. Several drilling accidents are discussed. Includes a Rig Pass Orientation Test.

Participants can attend a minimum of 3-days with certificate of attendance and a supplementary certificate detailing the HSE modules attended. After completing the course a replacement of certificate of success will be issued after examination.
