c. HYDROGEN SULFIDE(H2S) & CASCADE SYSTEM (AIR LOOP) SCBA TRAINING, June 7  Middle east oil and gas H2S trainor is  coming to Manila to conduct this special course. Air loop or Cascade System is applied on rigs and oil platform in the middle east and other sour gas fields. Trainors are working in 33%-45% H2S oil fields.

d. AUTHORIZED GAS TESTER COURSE, June 6

EFFECTIVE SAFETY OFFICER COURSE IN THE OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION & GAS LIQUEFACTION PLANT (2-days),                       Pls see schedule,  2013

This is an advance course for Safety Practitioners.  Attendees must be a practicing safety personnel (officers, supervisors, advisors, engrs or managers) in the oil and gas or has attended the 5-day Int'l Oil and Gas HSE.

MODULES

A.  Oil and Gas Process Installation Platform Safety (HSE).  Identification of each platform, 500M BOPD rig (super complex).

B.  Gas Liquefaction (11MM Tons), LNG Safety (HSE)

C.  Wellhead Tower (Well bay) HSE Inspection

D.  Safety Appliances Inspection (e.g., fire fighting, life saving & marine equipment)

E.  Detailed Risk Assessment (OHSAS 18001) in the Oil Platform and LNG Plant

F. HAZOP (Understanding utilizing field sample)

G.  How To Read A Daily Production Report (450M BOPD)

H. Safety Orientation in the Oil Platform & Gas Liquefaction Plant

I. HSE (Safety) Activities in the Oil Platform & Gas Liquefaction, LNG Plant

J. Exclusive Virtual Plant Tour i.e., Offshore Oil Field, Visit on Wellhead Towers, Platform Installation, Gas Liquefaction (all trains), Terminals, Jetties, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Process videos in the middle east

1. Train The Trainors H2S in the Oil & Gas Central Processing Platform & LNG Plant' (T3 H2S)

Adhoc (10 participants only)

2. LNG PROCESS & SAFETY (2-days) (also for Snr college/engineering students)

-Participants will understand the complete process, capacity, terminologies and the hazards associated during the production of LNG.  Will be familiar in working in flammable atmosphere i.e., LIVE plant.  How to prepare for Naked Flame activities and how to carry out task based risk assessment. After the course, the participant would be able to satisfy the interviewers when it comes to LNG and fractionation.

3. Oil and Gas Process & HSE (2-days) (also for Snr college/engineering students)  

-Participants will understand the oil route from the well basin to the surface separator until it goes to the terminal for storage and sale.  How to prepare hot work &/or spark potential work activity in the platform, GOSP &/or well bays.  Will be trained on how to identify the hazards and formulate the risk reduction measures to reduce the risk. After the course, participant would be able to satisfy the interviewers when it comes to oil and gas separation, gas gathering, dew pointing, condensate, heat exchangers, propane accumulator, etc.

4. Absorber/Regeneration Towers & AGRU Process & HSE (Gas Liquefaction Plant). Includes internal cleaning, associated hazards & risk assessment.
